Rota Sul complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and Decree-Law No. 58/2019, ensuring that personal data is collected, processed and stored legally, transparently and securely, respecting the rights of data subjects.

1. Personal data collected

Rota Sul may collect:

  • Name

  • E-mail

  • Phone number

  • Information needed for bookings, vouchers, or information requests.

  • Billing information, where applicable.

Data can be collected via the website ( www.rota-sul.com ), forms, email, WhatsApp, or direct contact.

2. Purpose of treatment

Personal data is used for:

  • Processing of reservations and vouchers

  • Customer communication

  • Performance of contracted activities

  • Compliance with legal obligations

2.a Data sent by the client

Personal data provided by customers or partners through forms, emails, WhatsApp, or other contact channels will be used exclusively to respond to the submitted request or inquiry, provide the requested services, process reservations, or provide information related to the activity.
This data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the customer has given explicit consent for such use.

3. Data preservation

The data is retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or legal requirements.

4. Data sharing

Rota Sul does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when necessary for carrying out its activities or due to legal obligation.

5. User rights

The customer can request:

  • Access, correction, or deletion of your data

  • Limitation or opposition to treatment

  • Withdrawal of consent

6. Security

Rota Sul applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the customer

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the activity.
    → Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.

  • Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours in advance:
    → No refunds, but rescheduling is possible.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, no-shows, or late arrivals:
    → No refunds given.

Cancellation due to external conditions.

If weather, safety, or operational conditions do not allow the activity to take place, Rota Sul may reschedule or refund the amount paid.

Voucher Policy

Vouchers

  • The vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • After the expiry date, the voucher expires automatically.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable after issue.

  • Use is subject to availability, weather and safety conditions.

  • If it is not possible to use the voucher for reasons attributable to Rota Sul, the validity period may be adjusted.
